Car Seat Inspections:

HPFAS also has certified car seat inspectors. Experts say that over 80 percent of all car-seats are improperly installed, thereby posing a great risk to the seat passenger, as well as everyone else in the vehicle due to the seat's potential to become a projectile during a collision.
